In this video, I want to share with you my most favorite stretch routine for the lower body. Only lying down on the floor, with a strap, stretching everything from your lower back, hip flexors, glutes, hamstring, calf and IT band. Stretch all the biggest muscle groups in your lower body and release tight muscles, tension and back pain with this simple stretch. This is a 30 minute Yoga class for beginners. If you constantly feel tired, aching and tingling in your low back and hips area, do this every day to relieve tension and pain. Improve blood circulation into your hips and legs. NOTE: This is the best stretch routine for RUNNERS, climbers, and athletes in other forms of sport. It stretches the major muscle groups in a very easy way.
