About the event
If you do sports or exercises like running, jogging, etc., stretching will benefit you in both recovering and performing the activities. You will gain:
- Good range of motion & flexibility
- Good blood circulation
- Good posture
- Prevent injury
- Stress relief.
And a lot more, stretching makes your practice more effective and long lasting.
However, many people skip the stretch, because it's painful / boring / frustrating / time consuming / ... Not stretching for a while, you will feel it very stiff behind your knees, front hips, back, chest and shoulders, which badly affect your posture and performance. That's why I design this class as a weekly Sunday Stretching time for who are doing sports and exercising.
When: kl15-16 every Sunday, from 1/9/2019
Where: 21 Torpgatan Malmö. Enter first door on the left. Walk to the top floor it's Sal 19. (Park your bike inside the building.)
How much: 75kr
Instructor: Ha-My, Registered 500h Yoga teacher.
