STABILITY - How to stabilize your joints in Yoga?
And more than that, wake up your true strength from the right muscles. Take the stress away from the smaller muscles. All done in one simple joint action.
What is that? EXTERNAL ROTATION. Hint: I make sure all my regular Yoga students know how to do it. Nothing advance, if you start understanding about Stability as a beginner, your Yoga practice will be much safer and more efficient.
I will show you in my 2 hour workshop: 30 minutes of simple Anatomy and 90 minutes Vinyasa Yoga class to apply what we learn in finding stability in familiar Yoga poses: The Warriors, Half Moon, Standing Split, Planks and Side Planks.
Same poses, NEW POWER. This workshop is very simple, anyone can do it, beginner-friendly, and super-efficient. It's a game-changer for my Yoga practice and I'd love to tell you how to!
