This class is only one Sun Salutation. But I will teach you how to activate and find strength in the core of your body. CORE is not only about belly muscles or impressive packs on your belly, it's about all the layers of muscles covering the center of your body. Get in touch with your CORE, be aware, and train a new habit of engaging your core when you breathe. Do it every day, every time you breathe, and you will already have STRONGER CORE. NOTE: This way of training core is really good for postnatal.
CORE #2 Yoga for Toned Back
CORE Yoga series for beginners today: Let's tone your back! Have stronger back and shoulders and tone your arms abs with Yoga. The weak back will collapse your posture and spine column, take away space for your organs and therefore the organs move forward into a bloated belly! Find the strength to stand up straight and hold good and healthy postures!
CORE #3 Strong Twist Flow
Today we are going to TWIST by your core strength! Only in 20 minutes, this Yoga class will train your core in burning and sweating way! I love twists in Yoga, and in this class I will make you twist ACTIVELY by using the obliques on the sides of your belly. Be ready to burn!
CORE #4 Side Bend Tone Waist
Welcome to my CORE Yoga series for beginners. This is class number 4, and we work with Lateral Flexion of your spine, or side bending, to find the strength to tone your waist. This 30-minute Vinyasa Yoga class will be with basic Yoga poses: Lunge, Warrior 2, Pyramid, Triangle, but I will challenge your core strength!

Glutes is very big and considered a part of the core. Let's get in touch and bring awareness to your glutes today and evaluate yourself. Strong glutes can fix posture and hips and low back problems. This 30 minute Power Yoga class is #7 in my CORE Yoga series for beginners.
